The bed was horribly hard in this place.

Everything was great, courteous staff, particularly nice views of the mountains. Stayed here on our weekend and loved the deluxe double room we booked. Besides, the location was perfect for our stay, within 20 minutes' walk of Fort William Henry. The continental breakfast was fine and good hot, lots of options.

This was a wonderful stay at that location. Booked a room with nice views of the mountains. The continental breakfast was cheap, I enjoyed that it offered plenty of meals.

Everything was really good with good prices. The room was non-smoking with a view.

The hotel was deluxe, even so I stayed for 2 nights only. The breakfast was fine with variety of items.

Place was tidy and COSY. Breakfast was super, lots of food, spacious balcony. I got free upgrade and loved it. The karaoke bar was lovely and the drinks were excellent.

i came here for 6 nights and had a relaxing stay. unbeatable location, the staff were outstanding. i enjoyed having climate control, bbc channel and thick blackout curtains. particularly nice views and green garden. breakfast was nice hot and savoury, with lots of meals.

I would say its cosy base for staying and exploring Lake George. Non-smoking unit. The location is beautiful, 2 km from Lake George Dog Beach. The pool area is great too.

You guys made our stay really really nice! The staff were dedicated, the hotel was placed in the extremely clean building. Room was spacious and complete with a rain douche. The pool was nice and the views were magnificent.

This original style building is beautiful old. The terrace restaurant serves awesome food.

Well-equipped & perfect unit with an extra bed as well as very comfy bed bathroom. Location was top for Lake George, near center of town, the beach, the hill. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Had fine drinks in the outdoor bar in the evening. Everything met what was needed, I would stay here again.

Staff were absolutely phenomenal and also we enjoyed our stay.

we had an unforgettable stay in a long time. well-trained staff, superb breakfast, excellent wi-fi. absolutely breathtaking view of volcano. a few steps away from the lovely beach.

The placement was stunning and the service was EXCELLENT. They made my stay great. I had free breakfast at 9am.

a bathtub in the bathroom was a plus. moreover, hotel offered us free wi fi.

All in all, I spent my time very nicely. Room was good value. Hotel offers shuttle service too. In the evening I visited The Barnsider Smokehouse Bbq it was nearby.
